Nawrocki LLC is a Polish manufacturer and engineering company headquartered in Znin, Poland, specializing in the design, production, and servicing of pellet mills, and complete pelleting production lines. Founded in 1996 by Boleslaw Nawrocki, the company has grown from a regional machinery supplier into an internationally recognized technology partner for producers of biomass pellets, animal feed, fertilizers, alternative fuels, and more.
For nearly 30 years, Nawrocki LLC has operated at the intersection of heavy mechanical engineering and cutting-edge automation. We do not just sell machines — we design complete pelleting plants, build them as general contractor, commission them, and support them throughout their operational life.
Our headquarters and main production facility are located at ul. Szpitalna 20, 88-400 Znin, Poland. A second manufacturing facility operates at ul. 1 Stycznia 30d, also in Znin. Together, these plants form the engineering backbone of Nawrocki LLC, housing design, manufacturing, quality control, R&D, and service teams.

Manufacturing of machines for pelleting line
All Nawrocki LLC machines are designed by our in-house engineering team and manufactured at our Znin facilities. Quality control is conducted at every production stage, from raw steel cutting to final factory acceptance testing (FAT). Each machine shipped includes full technical documentation (DTR), CE Declaration of Conformity, and a QR code linking to digital documentation.

and Wear Parts
Fast availability of spare parts is a non-negotiable element of our customer promise. Nawrocki LLC maintains stock of dies (ring-die and flat-die), rolls, knives, bearings, seals, and other wear items for both Nawrocki and compatible third-party machines. Parts can be shipped same-day for in-stock items.
Service and Periodic Inspections
Nawrocki LLC operates three independent service teams capable of performing Periodic Inspections, emergency repairs, and planned maintenance across Poland and beyond. We service pellet mills and pelleting lines of all manufacturers — not only our own. Our inspection protocol covers multi-point control, ATEX compliance, and detailed written reporting after every visit.
