Test First, Then Buy
Operating a pelleting line without a preliminary trial is a significant risk. Testing provides the empirical data needed to ensure long-term profitability and machine safety.

Why raw material testing matters before buying a pellet press?
Testing allows you to answer the "unanswerable" questions before signing a contract:
-
Will the die plug up?
-
What is the maximum throughput I can expect?
-
Will the pellets be strong enough for bulk transport?
By the time your miniPelleter - pelleting machine - arrives, it is already pre-calibrated based on your lab results, allowing for a much faster commissioning phase.

Before you place an order
The success of a professional pelleting operation depends on the precise interaction between the raw material properties and the mechanical parameters of the pellet mill. We offer a comprehensive laboratory testing service designed to de-risk industrial investments and optimize production efficiency. By conducting rigorous pelleting trials, we ensure that every miniPelleter die is perfectly calibrated to the specific characteristics of your biomass or waste-to-energy feedstock.

WE HAVE OVER 20 DIES FOR TRIALS
Your feedstock will be tested with a 6mm die
Testing your feedstock with a 6mm die is the most effective way to simulate standard manufacturing conditions. However, the diameter is only one part of the equation. During the trial, Nawrocki LLC engineers focus on the Compression Ratio (L/D)—the relationship between the 6mm diameter and the effective length of the die hole.

Some feedstocks require a special die
Certain raw materials and specific operational requirements may necessitate the custom design and manufacture of specialized dies and rollers.
At our factory in Znin, Poland, we are able to produce any die within 5 working days. The trial time will be extended in such a case by this time.
