INTAKE AND FINE MILLING
A hopper and a hammer mill make a perfect couple to let your feedstock enter the pelleting world at your factory. Reduction of size is crucial for pelleting and getting nice and shiny pellets.

DOZING & CONDITIONING
A precise screw conveyor feeds the material into a Conditioner (mixer), where water or steam (115-130°C) is added to activate natural binders . This prepares the biomass or feed for perfect compression.

Cooling & Stabilization
Fresh pellets are hot and fragile. Our efficient Coolers rapidly reduce their temperature, hardening them for transport and storage. They reduce the moisture too.

Cleaning
Before bagging, the vibrating sifter removes dust and "fines," recycling them back into the system so you only sell premium product.
