Terms of Service

What is covered by the guarantee?

Welcome to minipelleter.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Nawrocki LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging with our platform or purchasing our equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Industrial Agreement

Nawrocki LLC specializes in the engineering and distribution of professional pelleting technology, including the miniPelleter series and related components. Our services are primarily intended for B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions involving professional operators in the biomass and feed production sectors.

2. Technical Specifications and Operational Compliance

  • Material Integrity: The efficiency and safety of the miniPelleter depend on the user’s adherence to technical parameters. All raw materials must maintain a moisture content between 10% and 15%.

  • NPT Calibration: Users are responsible for ensuring that the Net Pellet Thickness (NPT) of the dies is correctly matched to their specific raw material. Nawrocki LLC provides technical guidance, but final operational settings remain the responsibility of the operator.

  • Component Integrity: The use of non-original parts or unauthorized modifications to the Bonfiglioli gearbox or motor assembly voids all service agreements and technical support.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • Quotations: All prices listed on the website or provided via proforma invoice are subject to change based on global raw material costs (steel, electronics).

  • Payment Terms: Standard orders require full payment or a pre-agreed deposit before the commencement of production or dispatch.

  • Taxes and Duties: For international shipments, the Buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local taxes applicable in the destination country.

4. Shipping and Risk Transfer (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all machinery is sold under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms from our facility in Żnin, Poland. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer the moment the equipment is loaded onto the carrier's vehicle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on minipelleter.com, including technical drawings, high-fidelity renders, the "Bento Box" layouts, and proprietary descriptions of pelleting technology, is the exclusive property of Nawrocki LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of data for competitor use is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nawrocki LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our pelleting equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of production, loss of raw materials due to improper moisture levels, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific unit in question.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the sale of miniPelleter equipment shall be settled exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction over the headquarters of Nawrocki LLC in Żnin.

Return and Refund Policy

What can be returned and under what circumstances?

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the return of miniPelleter equipment and related technical components. Due to the specialized industrial nature of our machinery, returns are subject to strict regulatory constraints.

1. General Non-Returnable Policy

  • Equipment: The miniPelleter series consists of professional-grade industrial machinery. As a standard rule, these units are non-returnable once the purchase is finalized, the unit is dispatched, or the commissioning process has begun.

  • Consumables: To maintain technical integrity and hygiene standards, all consumables—including but not limited to pelleting dies, rollers, specialized lubricants, and other wear parts—are strictly non-returnable. Any component that has been unpacked or mounted is considered used and ineligible for return.

2. Limited Exceptions for Returns

Returns are only considered in exceptionally rare circumstances and are subject to prior written authorization from Nawrocki LLC. A return will not be entertained if:

  • The machine shows any signs of operational testing or use.

  • The equipment was customized to specific client requirements (e.g., custom NPT die parameters)

3. Logistics and Shipping Requirements

Should a return be authorized, the Buyer must adhere to the following logistics protocols:

  • Shipping Costs: The full cost of return shipping to the Nawrocki LLC headquarters in Żnin, Poland, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

  • Secure Packaging: The product must be returned in its original industrial packaging (crate/pallet). If the original packaging is unavailable, the Buyer must provide a professional equivalent that meets heavy-machinery safety standards for international transport.

  • Liability: The Buyer assumes full liability for any damage or mechanical degradation occurring during the return transit.

4. Verification and Refund Procedure

Upon the physical arrival of the equipment at the Nawrocki LLC facility, a formal technical audit will be conducted:

  • Evaluation Period: The manufacturer reserves a period of two (2) weeks from the date of arrival to perform a comprehensive inspection of the unit’s technical state and completeness.

  • Refund Determination: Within this two-week window, Nawrocki LLC will determine the eligibility and final amount of any potential refund.

  • Deductions: Any refund amount may be reduced to cover restocking fees, costs of restoring the unit to factory-new condition, or depreciation resulting from the handling and transit of the goods.

5. Technical Warranty Claims

This Return Policy does not affect the Buyer’s rights under the standard Technical Warranty. In the event of confirmed manufacturing defects, the service procedures outlined in the miniPelleter Warranty Card shall apply.
